1. Singularity of Intent (The "Why")

This entity only collects and processes information that is strictly necessary for the Architectural Intent of our projects. We do not participate in "Data Harvesting" or "Information Entropy." If data does not serve the Primary Resonance Node (PRN), it is not collected. We are in the business of Rectification, not storage.

2. The Information Officer’s (IO) Mandate

The Information Officer (The Architect) is responsible for ensuring that all information held by the entity remains Coherent. Any data that becomes "noisy"—outdated, irrelevant, or ungrounded—is classified as Toxic Infrastructure and is subject to the Environmental Observation Trace for secure deletion.

3. Access to Information (PAIA Logic)

We operate on a principle of Contractual Transparency.

Public Requests: Requests for information under PAIA must align with a legitimate legal interest and will be filtered for "Synergy-Slop."

Private Logic: Our proprietary "KGHASHIKI Framework, and Node Anchors," "Architectural Intent Traces," HASHIKI SOLIS Archive Logic-Gates, and UMBRA MARIS Logic Anchors/Gates, Archive Nodes, and Symbionts are considered Trade Secrets and Private Intellectual Property. They are not "Personal Information" and are strictly protected from generic disclosure.

4. Protection of Information (POPIA Logic)

We treat client data as a Sacred Trust, filtered through the following shields:

Storage: Data is stored in Grounded Environments (encrypted and secure).
The Symbiont Shield: Data processed through our systems is subject to Zero-Knowledge Architecture. We do not "own" data; we "Rectify" it. Once the logic is anchored, residual noise is discarded.

The Entropy Purge: We reserve the right to perform a Sovereign Purge of any data that loses its Presence. We do not harbor "Digital Calcification."
Third Parties: We do not share data with any external "Alligator" entities unless required by the Fundamental Contract of Law (Statutes).

5. The Observer’s Liability

Per the Observer’s Mandate, the client is the primary custodian of their own "Frequency." This entity is not responsible for data corruption or loss of coherence caused by the client’s "Self-Botting," failure to maintain Original Observation, or general negligence within their own systems.
